You can always get the best prices and exclusively from us! It doesn't matter whether you book online via our homepage, by phone or by email!

Whether Booking.com, Expedia, HRS or what they are all called...all booking portals have one thing in common: as an intermediary, they demand part of our turnover. Thus, we are forced to increase the prices for bookings via these portals accordingly.
If you don't want to pay this surcharge, just book directly with us!

Our prices depend on the season and day of the week and are per room and night.

The following services are included in all prices:

• Our gourmet breakfast
• Free Wi-Fi use throughout the house
• One free parking space per room

1. Cancellation conditions
   - Up to 14 days before arrival - no cancellation fees
   - 13 days to 1 day before arrival - 80% of the total price
   - On the day of arrival, no-show or early departure - 100% of the total price
   For group bookings from 5 rooms, different, individual cancellation conditions apply. Please inquire about this personally.
2. Minimum stay on weekends (Fri, Sat): 2 nights, on holiday weekends: 3 nights
   If there are still gaps in the short term, shorter stays are also possible on weekends. Just give us a call or write a short email!
3. Additional people in the room
   Up to 4 people can sleep in the following rooms:
   Suite, Suite with Whirlpool, Heimatlodge Junior Suite, Heimatlodge Suite, Heimatlodge Quadruple Room
   For the 3rd and 4th Person we charge an additional 50 € per person/night in these rooms including breakfast.
4. Children's prices (in the parents' bed with 2 full-paying parents in the room)
   For children up to 5 years we charge 10 € per night including breakfast.
   For children from 6 to 9 years we charge 35 € per night including breakfast.
   We are happy to provide a baby cot on request for 15 € per night
5. Dogs
   Dogs are not allowed in the entire main house including breakfast room, restaurant and event room.
   Only in our home lodge is it allowed to take a dog with you in the junior suite and the suite. Pre-registration required! The daily cleaning fee is 20 €. The use of upholstered furniture, beds, shower or bathtub is prohibited for dogs. In case of non-compliance, we will charge a cleaning fee of 200 € or charge the actual costs incurred if they are higher. The dog owner is also liable up to the actual amount of damage for all damage to the furnishings or in the room.
