How important is an ecological orientation and sustainable way of working to you? We live them. Out of respect for the earth, because we have responsibilities and children. We continue to write our family history, care for our living space and act as close to nature as possible. Every day we strive to treat our guests and employees with respect and honesty. These are the sustainable pillars of our work. We pay particular attention to the following:
- Economical use of all resources
- We generate a large part of our electricity ourselves with photovoltaics
- We water our garden from our own well instead of using valuable drinking water
- We buy from regional suppliers to keep delivery routes as short as possible
- We cook seasonally and process what the region and season provides us with
- We do not use disposable packaging and we make sure that we do not use individual packaging for our breakfast
- We separate our waste and dispose of it properly
- We avoid waste as much as possible and compost our vegetable waste ourselves
- We use nature around our hotel and plant herbs ourselves
- For your sustainable journey by electric car, we have several 11 KW charging stations ready
