Our menu changes at irregular (short) intervals. We cook with seasonal and regional products. This means that the components of individual dishes or entire dishes can change on a daily basis.

No problem if you heed the following:
The quality of our food should not suffer, neither at your table nor at the tables of the other guests. Due to limited kitchen space and limited hands to prepare and serve food, we are unfortunately unable to offer our full menu to larger groups. For this reason, we only offer a uniform, previously agreed menu for groups of 10 or more people.
Please also note that it is not always possible for us to rearrange tables so that you can all sit together at one table.
We ourselves think that our kitchen represents a modern German kitchen. Regional ingredients, best quality, freshly cooked. On our menu you will find exactly what we personally like best!
Quite simply: We attach great importance to quality and want to offer our guests a very special dining experience. Everything in our kitchen is made from fresh products. And in order to be able to offer this high level of quality at all times, we have decided on a small menu that changes regularly so that we can always offer you new creations. In our opinion, it is unfair to the guest to lure them in with a particularly extensive menu that can only be realized through the massive use of convenience products and frozen goods. We believe that you don't need to go to a restaurant to "warm up" ready-made products...
Our goal is to work as sustainably and resource-efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality. This begins with the selection of the dishes for our menu. These always offer the largest possible proportion of regional and seasonal products. This avoids long transport routes. We, too, make the decision on where to buy each individual product. However, the priority is always the quality that we want to offer our guests. If it is possible to buy a product of the same quality regionally, we are willing to pay a slightly higher price for it.
